    📋 Scope of Works Included

    🧠 A. Professional Works

    1. Space planning & furniture layout
    2. Design consultation
    3. Home styling & furnishing guidance
    4. 3D computerised perspective drawings
    5. Carpentry material & colour selection
    6. ISO-formatted project management
    7. Site supervision
    8. Defect-free inspection

    🚿 B. Plumbing Works

    1. Extend stainless steel piping to new kitchen sink position (exposed piping)
    2. Install 1–2 sets of hand-held bidet spray for both toilets
    3. Install kitchen sink & tap (complete inlet & outlet connection)
    4. Install 2 toilets (instant water heaters OR 1 storage heater)
    5. Install up to 10 toilet accessories
    6. Lay concealed drainage pipe for kitchen sink & washing machine

    🎨 C. Painting Works

    1. Supply materials & labour to paint entire home (walls & ceiling)
    2. Nippon Vinilex 5000 emulsion paint for walls
    3. Nippon Matex white paint for ceilings

    🧱 D. Masonry Works

    1. Construct 50mm thick concrete base for kitchen cabinet (with matching HDB tiles)
    2. Construct shower kerb at master bathroom

    1. 20ft designer kitchen cabinet
    2. 2 big drawers & 3 small drawers
    3. High-pressure laminate finish
    4. ABS laminated door finish
    5. Internal wood-grain PVC finish

    7. Soft-closing hinges for top & bottom cabinets
    8. Blum Avanti HK pull-up hinges for dish rack
    9. 10ft sintered stone/quartz surface countertop

    1. 6ft sliding or casement built-in wardrobe
    2. High-pressure laminate finish
    3. Internal wood-grain PVC finish
    4. 2 big drawers & 2 small drawers
    5. Blum soft-close hinges for wardrobe doors
    6. Heavy-duty sliding track for wardrobe sliding doors

    🧹 F. Miscellaneous Works

    1. Supply & install 10mm tempered glass shower screen (master bathroom)
    2. Provide & lay corrugated board for floor protection
    3. Clear renovation debris
    4. General touch-up cleaning upon completion
